Aiotec immediately interpreted and understood our requirements, picked up on the key points in our specific design brief and have developed a product that ticks off all our requirements. Both the engineering solutions and 'softer' graphic design elements have been completed to give us a product with which we are more than pleased. Communication throughout the project has been excellent with regular telephone and personal meetings together with online project planning that allows us to see 'live' project progress. We have been thoroughly informed and consulted on all major design decisions and never once felt like we were taking a back seat in our own project. The "off-the-shelf" heat exchanger controller that we were previously using, although reliable, did not have the specific function flexibility we required. We approached Aiotec to develop a custom controller for our telecommunications cabinet applications.We are extremely happy with the quality and look of the unit and the support we have received throughout the development process. Aiotec provided major design input to an industrial related product that combined mains power to motors and solenoid with embedded microprocessor control. While this sounds like a job for a PLC, it proved much more cost effective, in even modest quantities, to go with a purpose design.
